1. Return Eligibility Period
Customers are allowed to apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you successfully receive your package. All return requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted for safety and inventory management reasons.
2. Conditions for Valid Returns
To be qualified for a full return or exchange, all returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in their original brand-new condition with all original packaging, tags, labels and accessories complete. Products that are damaged by personal use, improper operation, disassembled, or missing original packages will not be approved for refunds.
3. Qualified Return Reasons
We accept returns for the following reasonable situations: defective products, damaged goods during international shipping, wrong items shipped by our warehouse, obvious quality problems, or serious inconsistency with the official product description. Please provide clear photos or short videos as proof when you submit your return application.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
For hygiene, safety and personalized reasons, the following cases cannot be returned or exchanged: personalized custom products, clearance sale items, daily disposable goods, products damaged by improper customer operation, and orders returned without valid after-sales reasons.
5. How to Start a Return or Refund
Please do not open any dispute directly on the payment platform. All customers must first contact our official customer service email to apply for after-sales support. Kindly provide your order number, product photos and detailed problem description. Our team will review your application and send you a clear return instruction within 24 hours.
6. Shipping Fee Responsibility
If the return is caused by our side, including quality issues, shipping errors or package damage, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you want to return the product due to personal reasons such as not liking the style, wrong size or unnecessary purchase, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
7. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned goods successfully, we will arrange your refund within 3–5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your local payment platform.
