1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed, inspected, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. We strictly check product quality, packaging integrity and shipping information before outbound delivery. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage & Service
We support standard international shipping to most countries and regions around the world. We cooperate with stable cross-border logistics suppliers to ensure safe, standardized and traceable transportation. Every qualified order will be arranged with formal logistics dispatch without hidden delivery fees.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
International standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days for most regions. Remote areas may take 15–25 business days. The actual delivery time is affected by international customs clearance, local logistics efficiency, peak shopping seasons and unexpected weather conditions.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your order ships out, we will send an official tracking number to your registered email address. You can check the real-time logistics status online anytime. We provide full tracking service until the package is successfully delivered to your shipping address.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to local customs inspection, import tax or duty charges according to different country policies. Any additional customs fees, taxes or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will not be responsible for customs-related extra costs.
6. Shipping Address Rules
Please fill in your accurate, complete and detailed shipping address, including valid phone number and postal code. We will not take responsibility for delivery failure, package loss or wrong delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by customers.
7. Undelivered & Returned Packages
If the package is returned due to customer missed pickup, invalid address, refusal to accept or customs clearance failure, the second shipping fee will be charged again for re-delivery. We do not cover extra logistics costs caused by customer-side reasons.
