Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders, purchases, and commercial transactions completed on the official Wamdor website. By placing an order on our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of making purchases, and you fully agree to accept all the purchase terms, store policies, and related regulations listed on this page. All purchase behaviors are bound by these official rules.
1. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After you complete the payment successfully, we will send an official order confirmation email to your registered mailbox. This email represents the official establishment of the purchase contract. Wamdor reserves the right to verify order information, check transaction security, and reject or cancel high-risk, abnormal, false, or non-compliant purchase orders for store safety and risk control purposes without additional explanation.
2. Pricing, Currency & Payment Authorization
All product prices displayed on Wamdor are clear and real-time, calculated in the corresponding checkout currency, without any hidden service fees, hidden handling fees or hidden membership charges. Customers authorize us to charge the full order amount through the selected official payment method at the time of checkout. We strictly follow international payment security standards and will not deduct any extra unauthorized fees from your account.
3. Product Accuracy & Customer Consent
We try our best to ensure that all product photos, size data, material descriptions, function introductions and detailed parameters are true and accurate. Customers agree that slight color differences caused by different monitor displays, normal manual measurement errors, or minor craft deviations do not constitute valid reasons for order cancellation or dispute. Before purchasing, customers shall fully confirm that the product meets personal usage needs.
4. Order Cancellation Rules
You can apply to cancel your order for free before the warehouse starts packaging and shipping. Once the goods have been processed, inspected, packed or dispatched, we cannot support unilateral free cancellation. If you insist on canceling the in-process order, the generated labor cost, packaging cost and logistics outbound cost will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.
5. Cross-Border Purchase Compliance
As a cross-border e-commerce store, Wamdor delivers goods internationally. The customer is responsible for fully complying with the local import laws, commodity entry regulations and customs clearance rules of the receiving country. Customers shall not order prohibited, restricted or illegal goods. Any customs detention, local policy penalty or delivery failure caused by non-compliant personal purchase behaviors shall be borne by the buyer independently.
6. Order Modification & Address Change
We support free modification of shipping address, contact information or simple product notes within 1 hour after payment. After the order enters the warehouse sorting process, no address modification or information adjustment can be supported to avoid package loss and delivery errors. Please double-check all receiver details before completing payment.
7. Binding & Related Policies
This Terms of Purchase is legally binding on both the buyer and Wamdor store. All purchases are also subject to our independent Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Notice and Terms of Service. If any conflict occurs, the unified official store policies shall prevail.
